Hello and Goodnight

I was going to title "goodnight" but thought that wouldn't really be fair considering that I never said hello.

Extremely tired and in a great deal of pain tonight. I am absolutely miserable. Thats why Im heading to bed "early" even though its 11.

and here comes the desperate blogger question: is anyone reading this? anyone? i dont care if its one person. Who wants a million people following there every move?
